ImageXpres will promote the concept of freestanding ImageXpres Centres (IXC) for business and entertainment imaging. The IXC imaging/multimedia center, and related digital print products and services, will be marketed 1.) As a company-owned store; 2.) as a franchised sale; and 3.) on a revenue-sharing basis to operators located in high-traffic business, entertainment and tourist venues. The ImageXpres Centre combines computer imaging hardware with proprietary software and systems integration to enable an operator to provide customers with custom designed graphic software files, documents, and advertising copy, along with immediate digital prints, proofs and related output products. These prints are available in a variety of formats, including traditional photographic prints, large poster prints, color laser copies. Company intends to offer copy and computer pay-per-use facilities for the opportunity to offer commercial customers fully-integrated access to multimedia publishing and production, and large-format digital printing. The Multimedia systems can also provide small business customers with cost-effective advertising specialty premiums, advertisements, signs, labels and other imprinted services. Other services include short-run customized digital printing, restoration imaging services, CD writing, DVD multimedia production, and corporate web page design. For entertainment and tourist venues, unique integrated imaging systems allows a customer to create photographs utilizing customized backgrounds, borders, and text. The ImageXpres Centre can be sold or placed on a revenue-sharing basis at high-traffic tourism and entertainment venues, thus enabling an operator to provide his or her customer with an immediate high-quality picture, poster, or graphic product, while they wait, at a low cost and at a quality beyond any currently available. Other target customers for ImageXpres products and services are quick printers, copy centers, retail photo/gift stores, and professional photographers.
